An Emerging Museum Professional with a Focus on Advocacy and Play

In the last three years I have been a gallery interpreter at the Children's Museum of Indianapolis, giving children and families an extraordinary learning experience filled with knowledge and fun!

Beyond giving guests a unique learning experience, I have also been a part of making the museum a better place for staff, guests, and volunteers. I have crafted a volunteer guide to help volunteers interact easily with younger children, helped create a gallery guide for the Chihuly Fireworks of Glass exhibit, and proposed early childhood education based informal and formal art activities.
